Canadian readership made up one quarter of Gambling911′s traffic on Saturday as a result of the Wayne Gretzsky coverage. Gretzsky of course has ties to Canadian hockey.
Extensive media coverage has further helped boost Gambling911.com traffic numbers. Costigan was interviewed live on Fox News Super Bowl Sunday. The web site has also been mentioned in Charlotte, North Carolina’s News and Observer and the Canadian Canoe Network’s popular Slam! Sports.
January 2006 recorded the largest traffic numbers since the site’s debut in September 2000. February appears to be on its way towards another record breaking month as well.
