Keno Kozie Associates, Ltd. (http://www.kenokozie.com) has announced that it has recently entered into an agreement with the law firm of Arnstein and Lehr LLP for the provision of Help Desk services. Keno Kozie will provide Call Center as well as on-site support services for over 300 end–users in Arnstein & Lehr’s Illinois and Florida offices.
